TIP 1 – RED MEAT
The first food is red meat. You need to avoid this as it is full of saturated fat, cholesterol and more that are bad for your health. It causes increase in cholesterol as well as blood pressure levels and increases your risk for heart disease. As an overweight person this is worse for you as red meat takes longer to digest and by the time it finishes digesting, it is a surplus and is stored as fat mostly in the middle region as belly fat which can cause heart disease.

Chips is what we call a double edge sword as it is extremely bad for your health especially if you are overweight with high blood pressure. It has a high fat content which help you to pack on the weight much faster than you need to. It has low nutritional value meaning it doesn’t really help your body at all. The fourth food is processed meat. All forms of processed meat such as burgers, sausages, ham, salami etc, are all high in sodium (Salt) content. Also processed meats contain a lot of fat which is bad for an overweight person as it increased your risk of becoming obese which comes with dangerous complications.

When we drink alcohol it is seen as a source of energy for the body so the body uses it first before using the food you have eaten or sugary drinks you may have drank. The more alcohol the more you takes, the more the body converts it to energy. Everything else you eat or drink then gets stored as fat for later use, in places you don’t like for example, the stomach. In addition to fat adversely affecting your blood pressure, drinking high quantities of alcohol directly increases your blood pressure to abnormal levels.

The next food is Chicken skin. Chicken skin is high in saturated fat which is bad for an overweight person as well as for someone with high blood pressure. What people don’t realize about sugar is that it is contained in most of the food we eat. Carbohydrates convert to sugar in the system as well as other food groups. Also eating additional sugar can increase your blood pressure as well as store as fat in your body causing you to gain weight.
